2018 Fall Break Camps

    Oct. 18-19, 2018

    • Camps are listed as "Registration Closed - Sold Out" when sold out and "Limited Space Available" when less than five spaces remain.
    • Registration closes the Monday before each camp or when full. No refunds are available for cancellations made later than one week prior to the start of camp.
    • Camp registration is updated frequently, however if you are concerned your preferred camp may sell out, please contact Guest Relations at (405) 602-3760 for the most up to date availability. Rates include both days of camp.
       

    Rainbow Connection — Early Explorers (Pre-K and Kindergarten) Registration Closed - Sold Out
    9 a.m. to noon, $45 for members / $50 for nonmembers
    Campers should bring: A snack
    Inspire your inner-artist by mixing colors, create a rainbow of slime, and watch as things change color before your eyes! Discover the world of prisms, chromatography, and reflecting light. Take an adventure to CurioCity to step inside our giant kaleidoscope, too!

    Creature Features — Explorers (Grades 1-3) Registration Closed - Sold Out
    9 a.m. to 4 p.m., $90 for members / $100 for nonmembers
    Campers should bring: A snack and a lunch

    From teeth to tail, fur and scales this camp is all about animal biology. Explore the aquatic depths of SMO’s Oceanarium, discover what lives underground in the SMO gardens, and get up close and personal with all the different traits and adaptations that help animals to survive in their individual elements. 

    Anatomy Academy — Innovators (Grades 4-6)Registration Closed - Sold Out
    9 a.m. to 4 p.m., $90 for members / $100 for nonmembers
    Campers should bring: A snack and a lunch
    It’s what’s on the inside that counts! Get your human body to camp where we’ll examine the chemistry, structure, and engineering of the body and analyze its networks of nerves, fibers, and bones. Explore the impact that people have on our surroundings and investigate the impact the world has on us. This camp has guts!
