Cost and Registration: Classes are $15 per Scout for one class or $25 if registered for two classes on the same day. Online registration for Saturday Scouts closes the Wednesday prior to each badge class. In some cases, space may still be available after online registration has closed. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required to hold your Scout's space.

Badge Requirements: SMO museum educators strive to meet as many badge requirements as possible during the allotted class time. Copies of Blue Cards or certificates with the covered requirements will be distributed to each student.

Parents, Guardians, and Troop Leaders: A parent, guardian, or troop leader responsible for each Scout must remain at SMO for the duration of a badge class. One guardian is required for every six Scouts. Adults attending a badge class with a Scout will not be charged general admission to attend the class, however general admission is required for those who plan to enjoy the museum after the class has concluded.
